There is such a finality in that statement. You can't help be convinced that it is finished. Guess what? It is! On that Good Friday, Our Savior Yeshua Ha'Mashiach/ Jesus the Christ proclaimed with his last breath, "It is finished!"

Now I must take my leave and go to my secret closet to thank He who has set me free with the atoning sacrifice for my sins and a new lease on life. On this day, over two thousand years ago it was finished with death, hell and grave being conquered when Yeshua rose again two days later in His glorified body. My enslavement to sin was finished. The finality of death was finished. The grave would no longer be my final home. Yes, It is Finished!
